Beohemija, a leading FMCG company with a strong regional presence, is looking for a proactive and results-driven Regional Export Supervisor to support and develop our business on the Bosnia & Herzegovina market.
What will your job entail?
- Develop and implement export activities in line with company goals and international growth plans
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target market
- Build and maintain relationships with distributor
- Manage day-to-day export operations, including coordination of shipments, documentation, and communication with stakeholders
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and potentials
- Track export performance and prepare regular reports on sales, markets, and operations
- Proactively resolve operational and logistical issues related to export activities
What do we expect from you?
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in similar roles (export, sales, or FMCG industry preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset
