Key activities and responsibilities
- You will independently provide local (in the Ostrava / Vítkovice area) and remote ICT support to employees of individual Group companies.
- You will independently handle and distribute support requests within the ICT team and monitor their fulfilment.
- You will independently manage the entrusted ICT
Required qualifications and skills
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Windows environment and related office applications.
- Independent management of the technologies entrusted to you.
- Secondary education in a technical field ending with a high school diploma.
- Group B driving licence.
- Ability to work in a team and perform tasks independently.
- Passive knowledge of the English language.
- Willingness to learn new things, further education.
- Logical and creative thinking.
- Excellent communication skills, mental resilience.
- Ability to improvise, diligence, willingness.
- The position is also suitable for graduates.
