Key Activities and Responsibilities:

  • Complete coverage of all financial activities (preparation of budgets, financial plans, cash flow plans, financial statements and audit documents).
  • Review of accounting transactions and preparation of reporting as required by management.
  • Checking the accuracy of the preparation of controlling reports.
  • Responsibility for effective setup of internal company processes and financial ICT solutions.
  • Responsibility for the efficient use of company resources and investments.
  • Co-responsibility for the strategic management of the company.
  • Communication with third parties/stakeholders (banks, authorities, auditors, tax advisors).
  • Collaboration on the formulation of strategic and tactical objectives and measures for the effective development of the company.

 Qualifications and skills required:

As the objectives of the position are very demanding, it is necessary to have sufficient professional and managerial experience to perform this role.

The general qualifications for the position are:

  • University degree (economics) - a prerequisite.
  • Experience in managing a finance team.
  • Experience in M&A, integration, restructuring.
  • Prefer experience in manufacturing companies (petrochemical, FMCG manufacturing, automotive)
  • Knowledge of controlling tools, experience in managing company cash flows, experience in managing credit, currency and other company risks.
  • Strong ambitious and initiative personality, resilience to work under pressure.
