Key activities and responsibilities

  • Comprehensive responsibility for the payroll processing of selected group companies
  • Processing of the agenda related to employee onboarding and offboarding
  • Orientation in labour legislation and payroll issues
  • Creation of required statistics and reports for government and public services
  • Communication with authorities (ZP, ČSSZ, FÚ) and assistance during inspections
  • Processing of foreclosures, insolvencies, sickness records, etc.
  • Collecting documents, processing employee tax returns
  • Settlement of advance and withholding taxes for companies
  • Archiving payroll documents, monthly statements and software outputs

Qualifications and skills required

  • High school degree in economics
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll accounting is a prerequisite
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
  • Above all, responsibility and diligence as well as a communicative, proactive approach in dealing with employees are required for the position
