Key activities and responsibilities
- Comprehensive responsibility for the payroll processing of selected group companies
- Processing of the agenda related to employee onboarding and offboarding
- Orientation in labour legislation and payroll issues
- Creation of required statistics and reports for government and public services
- Communication with authorities (ZP, ČSSZ, FÚ) and assistance during inspections
- Processing of foreclosures, insolvencies, sickness records, etc.
- Collecting documents, processing employee tax returns
- Settlement of advance and withholding taxes for companies
- Archiving payroll documents, monthly statements and software outputs
Qualifications and skills required
- High school degree in economics
- Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll accounting is a prerequisite
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
- Above all, responsibility and diligence as well as a communicative, proactive approach in dealing with employees are required for the position
