At the end of September, a reorganization plan was approved for MICo, a traditional manufacturer of heat exchangers, condensers, pressure vessels for nuclear and conventional energy and other industries based in Trebic. The plan provides for the preservation and further development of the company at both production sites. MICo thus becomes a new member of the Energy Division of our Group.
Let us briefly introduce it:
MICo, spol. s r.o. was founded in 1993 as a service company operating at the Dukovany nuclear power plant. In 1998, it started its own production at the Hrotovice site and in 2011 the production capacity was expanded by 50,000 m2 at Kramolin.
The company's main focus is on the design and manufacture of heat exchangers, condensers, pressure vessels, tanks, steel structures, process parts for the nuclear and conventional power, chemical and food industries and seals for special applications. It also supplies process equipment for ADN-type wastewater treatment plants, including in-house design and construction. The company consists of highly qualified personnel with many years of experience gained in the construction, operation and maintenance of nuclear power plants.
