CE Industries Group announces that Vladimíra Michnová, an experienced manager, will take up the position of HR Director as of 1 July 2025. At the same time, she will also become a member of the Group's Board of Directors. She joins as HR Director with more than 25 years of experience in management, corporate strategy, HR, governance and compliance.
In her new role, Vladimíra Michnová will focus on talent development, strengthening the company culture and creating a work environment that respects multicultural diversity and diversity while providing room for personal and professional growth. At the same time, she will support business development across the Group and strengthen its market position.

Until now, Vladimíra Michnová worked for 18 years at LINET Group and Linet spol. s.r.o., where she was part of the top management and held the position of Group Vice President for Human Resources. Prior to that, she gained significant experience at the Technology Centre of the CAS and Kaufland ČR. She studied economics and HR management, earned an MBA and Ethics and Compliance Manager certification.

In addition to her practical experience, she is actively involved in mentoring and training, and is a founding member of the Association of HR Professionals of the Czech Republic and the Inspire & Impact Network platform. In the past, she has also been involved in independent projects, including co-founding the Linetka kindergarten and working as an expert at NEWTON Business Accelerator.
