They will lead and coordinate safety training sessions for employees, promoting best practices and fostering a proactive safety culture. Additionally, they are tasked with conducting regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with internal and external safety standards. The specialist will also manage incident investigations to identify root causes and recommend preventive measures. Collaboration with regulatory agencies and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of legislation changes relevant to Occupational Health and Safety are crucial aspects of this role.

• Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Safety, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering (Technical Sciences).
• Title: Engineer, Master.
• Certificates: Occupational Safety Expert Level II, Andragogy, 14001 (Environment), 45001 (OHS).
• Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, fluent English in both written and spoken forms.
