We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Capture Support Manager to provide essential back-office and coordination support to our international sales team. This role is focused on the pre-RFP phase, helping to organize and streamline tender-related activities and ensure smooth collaboration across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Team Support: Act as a key support function for the sales team, assisting with tender preparation, documentation, and coordination.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Facilitate communication between sales, technical, legal, finance, and delivery teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of proposal components.
- Tender Pipeline Management: Track and prioritize upcoming opportunities, manage timelines, and allocate resources effectively across multiple tenders.
- Proposal Preparation Assistance: Help compile and review proposal materials, ensuring compliance with client requirements and internal standards.
- Market & Competitor Insights: Collect and summarize market data, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to support proposal strategy.
- Leadership Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior leadership on tender status and strategic recommendations.
- Event & Marketing Support: Assist with logistics and coordination for exhibitions, conferences, and marketing activities as needed.
- Risk & Objection Handling: Identify potential risks or client objections and support the development of mitigation strategies.
- Post-RFP Analysis: Participate in debriefs and lessons-learned sessions to improve future proposal efforts.
Qualifications:
- Technical background in aviation is must; helicopter industry experience is desirable.
- Experience in sales support, business development coordination, or tender management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across multicultural teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
