Jiří Rabiec

I joined the CE Industries group in 2021 after eight years at PwC Audit.

In this company, for the last three years I have led audits of mainly locally owned companies in the areas of industrial production, railway, automotive, logistics services and energy. I have been a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) since 2018 and a statutory auditor since 2022.

At CE Industries, I held the position of controlling and consolidation manager for 2 years, where, in addition to the integration of holding reporting rules within foreign acquisitions and consolidations, I also participated in pre-acquisition projects in all areas of CE Industries' activities. Since last June, I have been working as the economic director of the group and a member of the board of directors.

Apart from broader responsibilities, I feel very strongly the need to set up and manage processes in our rapidly developing holding with an emphasis on their flexibility, added value and efficiency of the work of people not only in the financial team.

Ondřej Čáp

I have been with CE Industries since the very beginning and I am the second most senior employee. I joined in September 2019 as Asset Manager, from which I moved to the position of Director of Asset Management of CE Industries Group from January 2022.

As part of a new career and personal challenge, I am responsible for the asset management of the entire Group with my team. We are also involved in investments and divisions as part of the development of our subsidiaries, seeking and evaluating further investment opportunities.

As our Group also includes several foreign companies, our work has an international dimension, which I am personally very happy about.

My job entails a great deal of responsibility, but it also brings opportunities for continuous development, a varied workload, a great team and a motivating working environment. My work is simply fun, fulfilling and pushes me further.

Tereza Korpasová

My name is Tereza Korpasova and I am an HR Business Partner at CE Industries.

I joined the holding company as a fresh university graduate as Office Manager.
This position represented the best starting line for my further development. Over time, under the careful guidance of our HR director, I also got a glimpse of HR, which I found fascinating. Thanks to my inclusion in the HR Talent Programme, which is organised across the Group, I was able to move into the role of an HR Manager myself in just 1 year. I currently manage our smaller subsidiaries and help them with recruitment as well as employment documentation and other agenda.

Like everything with us, it has been very dynamic and intense, but the result is worth it. I have an independent job where I can fully apply my acquired knowledge and skills. It is also visible in the results - not only the financial ones, but also in satisfaction surveys, reduction in employee turnover and other indicators.
I enjoy my work immensely and find it fulfilling because I meet interesting and inspiring people every day.

I am grateful for the opportunity for professional growth, which is not a foreign concept here at CE Industries.
