We are unlocking new potential for the
world-renowned
UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter platform

The Helicopter Alliance brings together six specialist companies from the Czech Republic, Slovakia and the USA, covering the entire process from procurement and modernisation through to training, mission-specific configuration, spare parts supply and long-term operational support.

By combining technical expertise, manufacturing capabilities, training facilities and real-world operational experience, we create a comprehensive ecosystem of services for both civilian and military users. Our aim is to deliver high-quality, readily available and cost-effective solutions that enable our customers to enhance their capabilities in the fields of defence, aerial firefighting, rescue missions and other specialised operations.

01

Acquisition and full restoration of airworthiness

Helicopter Alliance is building on a platform that boasts over 5,000 units produced and 15 million flight hours worldwide.
We procure UH-60 Black Hawk helicopters directly from US Army surplus stocks through the BEST (Black Hawk Exchange and Sales Transaction) programme, which is available only to authorised partners. Each aircraft undergoes a full airworthiness reset and scheduled PMI (Phase Maintenance Inspection) I and II, including the disassembly and inspection of dynamic components.
02

Digital modernisation of the cockpit

The helicopter, which was originally analogue, is being transformed into a fully digital aircraft that meets today’s standards for both civil and military aviation.
In collaboration with Garmin, Ace Aeronautics is installing its own ACE DECK VL-60 system, built on the proven Garmin G5000H avionics platform. Instead of dozens of analogue gauges, the crew has four large touchscreen displays at their disposal, on which they can see all key flight, navigation and system information clearly in one place. This significantly reduces the pilots’ workload and improves situational awareness, a difference that is often decisive in demanding missions and under adverse conditions. ACE DECK is certified by the US Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and European military authorities and allows flight in any airspace, day or night, including operation with night-vision goggles.
03

Technical equipment by mission type

Few helicopters in the world are capable of handling such a wide range of tasks as the UH-60 Black Hawk. And that is precisely what makes it so exceptional.
In its transport configuration, the helicopter can carry up to 11 fully equipped soldiers or lift a payload of over 4 tonnes using its external sling. In the Light Attack configuration, it is equipped with machine gun stations, a sensor suite, and both passive and active protection systems. The fully armed variant utilises the CLAW modular mount, which carries machine guns, miniguns, rocket launchers, and guided and unguided missiles as required.
04

Long-term support

Helicopter Alliance doesn’t just sell a helicopter; it sells the entire ecosystem behind it.
Training for crews and mechanics takes place on both sides of the Atlantic, in the US and in Europe, and customers can choose the environment that best suits their operational, linguistic and regulatory requirements. Pilots are trained for specific types of missions and safety procedures, whilst technicians undergo a full range of PMI inspections, component replacements and work with modern maintenance software. The result is a workforce tailored precisely to the operator’s fleet.
The strength of the aviation division lies in these companies
