The industrial holding company CE Industries is looking for new finance professionals with an analytical mindset and a desire to learn. Working in the group’s treasury department presents a daily challenge involving financial management.
The work in the treasury department is complex. The CE Industries group comprises over 20 companies across Europe and the US, each with its own specific needs and structure. The company sells its products worldwide. According to the group’s treasury director, Radek Feiferlík: “The biggest challenge is finding synergies that streamline processes.”
The team is looking for finance professionals who also possess analytical and creative skills. Graduates with a technical background and an interest in trading or risk management are ideal candidates.
A strong grasp of mathematics, data analysis, programming and statistics is essential. Technology plays a key role – the implementation of treasury management software enables the team to respond quickly to market changes, monitor cash flow and minimise risks.
The role offers variety – from financing railway acquisitions and negotiating with banks in the energy sector to analysing macroeconomic risks. The Treasury acts as a strategic partner to the holding company’s management.
