Following a review of its strategic objectives and opportunities for further expansion, the CE Industries group has decided to sell its stake in Advance Energo. The company specialises in EPC projects and the implementation of energy-saving measures for businesses and the public sector. VEOLIA ČESKÁ REPUBLIKA is acquiring Advance Energo from CE Industries, and the company will become part of the Veolia Energie group.
Adam Šotek, Chairman of the Board of CE Industries, stated that in its three years of existence, Advance Energo has built a professional team with experience in EPC projects and secured references from prestigious projects — including the hospital in Kutná Hora, where the EPC project guarantees a reduction in energy consumption of at least 40 per cent.
Jakub Tobola, Commercial Director of the Veolia Group, stated that the acquisition will strengthen their position in the growing energy services market. CE Industries is not leaving the energy sector — the nuclear industry remains a strategic pillar through the companies Chemcomex and MICo.
