Dear friends of CE Industries, dear business partners, dear colleagues,

2025 was a year of significant growth and important changes for the CE Industries Group, confirming that the strategy we have pursued in recent years is the right one. We grew by more than 50% year-on-year, achieved our best-ever results and, at the same time, continued to build a solid foundation for the Group’s further development.

I consider the development of divisional management to be one of the most important steps we have taken. Dividing the Group into strong specialist divisions has led to greater accountability, faster decision-making, better coordination and a more effective utilisation of opportunities across the holding company. We are already seeing concrete results from this decision, and I am convinced that these strong divisions will be one of the main drivers of CE Industries’ future growth.

Another significant development in 2025 was the tolling project for Nová Huť s.r.o. Building on the experience gained in the field of tolling finance, we jointly supported the company’s further development and, at the same time, confirmed that the holding’s strength lies primarily in its ability to link experience, know-how and business opportunities across the group. This approach not only adds value to individual projects but also supports the growth of other CE Industries companies.

Alongside our business results, we have also continued to drive digitalisation, improve process efficiency and professionalise management. We aim to be a group that can respond quickly to market changes, work with data and utilise modern technologies as a standard part of our day-to-day operations. It is precisely this greater efficiency and ability to adapt that will be decisive for our future competitiveness.

Nevertheless, I am convinced that the most important asset we have at CE Industries is our people. Every company, every project and every success is built on the specific colleagues who are behind them. Over the course of the year, we have strengthened our teams with a number of new specialists and managers, built new teams and further developed existing ones. Our aim is not merely to recruit talented people, but to work with them over the long term, develop their potential and create an environment in which they can grow alongside the whole group.

I greatly value people who are willing to take on responsibility, come up with new ideas and are keen to drive things forward. Commitment, initiative and a willingness to explore new avenues are values without which no long-term growth would be possible. Open communication and collaboration across the group are equally important. As the holding company grows in size, so does the need to share experiences, pass on information and capitalise on synergies between individual companies and divisions. I believe that mutual trust, respect and the ability to pull together will continue to be one of our greatest assets.

Finally, I would like to sincerely thank all my colleagues across the CE Industries Group, members of management, business partners, customers, suppliers and shareholders for their trust, professionalism and the work they carry out every day. The results for 2025 are not the achievement of individuals. They are the result of the joint efforts of thousands of people who contribute to the growth and development of CE Industries.

We are entering 2026 and the years ahead with the ambition to continue on our chosen path, to further develop our companies, to foster new opportunities, to improve efficiency and to invest in the people who shape the Group’s future.

I am convinced that we have high-calibre teams, the right direction and sufficient determination to fully realise this potential.
